PLEASE NOTE that you will need to make your hotel arrangments separately from registering for the conference. Hotel reservations need to be made by December 20, 2002, to assure space and rates.

CANCELLATIONS

Half of your registration fee (i.e. $100) is refundable if your cancellation is received in writing or by email by January 10, 2003.  Send cancellations to Mary Ann Brodie: mabrodie@mail.med.upenn.edu.

LOCATION

All sessions will be held at the Sonesta Beach Resort in Key Biscayne, Florida.  This facility contains the hotel at which our block of rooms has been reserved until December 20, 2002. Please make your hotel arrangements directly with the hotel.

Meeting room temperatures are difficult to regulate to everyone’s preference; bringing a jacket or sweater is recommended.
